Radiant Construction is what happens when a Valley-born builder puts his own name, license, and faith behind every project. Here is who we are and how we work.
Five years of building, one name on the door
Shane McBurney was born and raised in the Valley, and he has spent five years building and remodeling the kinds of homes he grew up around: block ranches, production two-stories, and everything the Phoenix sun and monsoon seasons can throw at a house.
Radiant Construction exists because Shane wanted to build under his own name and his own standard. He is the licensed qualifying party behind ROC #367703, a KB-1 Dual Building Contractor license, which means the state holds him personally accountable for every project the company takes on. That is exactly how he wants it.
The name was not an accident. Radiant is about light: work done in the open, numbers you can trust, and homes that feel brighter when we leave than when we arrived.
What we believe, and what it means for your home
Radiant Construction is a faith-based company, and we want to be straightforward about what that means.
We believe every person is made in the image of God and deserves honesty, patience, and respect. That conviction shapes how we write an estimate, how we communicate when something unexpected turns up behind a wall, and how we leave your home at the end of a work day.
We believe work itself is a calling. Scripture speaks of building with skill and working as unto the Lord, and we take that personally. Craftsmanship is not just good business for us; it is a form of service.
We believe in stewardship. Your home is likely your family's largest investment. When you trust us with it, we treat that trust as sacred, from the budget to the schedule to the cleanup.
And we believe in light. Our name comes from the conviction that light shows things as they are. We run this company in the open: licensed, bonded, and verifiable, with nothing hidden in the fine print.
You do not have to share our faith for us to serve you with everything we have. We build for every neighbor, and we are grateful for every home we are invited into.
