Privacy Policy
What this website collects, why, and who can see it.
Effective November 2, 2026. This policy covers radiant-construction.com, run by Radiant Construction LLC in Phoenix, Arizona.
What you send us
- Free estimate form: your name, phone, email, city, project type, and project description.
- Prayer request form: your request, and your name if you choose to give it.
- Calls, texts, and emails: whatever you choose to send us.
When a form is sent, we also record the time, the page it came from, and basic browser details.
How we use it
We use estimate details to answer you and to prepare your estimate. We use prayer requests to pray for you. We do not use prayer requests for marketing, and we do not sell your personal information.
Who can see it
- Radiant Construction: form messages come to us by email.
- Our website provider: it runs our forms and receives a copy of each estimate request. It does not receive a copy of prayer requests. It does manage the spreadsheet where all form messages are stored and the email account that sends them.
- Service companies: form messages are stored in a Google spreadsheet and sent by Google email. Cloudflare hosts this site.
We may also share information if the law requires it.
Analytics and cookies
We use these tools to see how the site is found and used. They can record the pages you view, the site that sent you, your device and browser, and an approximate location based on your IP address. They can also set cookies.
- Google Analytics: traffic and page reports.
- Microsoft Clarity: clicks, scrolling, and recordings of how visitors move through a page. It does not run on our prayer request page.
- Matomo: traffic reports, stored on a server run by our website provider. We do not connect it to your name or email on this site.
Google and Microsoft handle data under their own privacy policies. This site also loads fonts from Google, which receives your IP address when it does.
You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings. We do not respond to browser Do Not Track signals.
How long we keep it
We keep form messages for as long as we need them to serve you and keep our business records. Ask us and we will delete what we are not required to keep.

Children
This site is for adults planning construction work. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will post the new version here and update the date at the top.
